Nature`s dream Room in the city centre

Right in the center of Berlin located between Alexanderplatz and Gendarmenmarkt is this gendarmerie fantasy room within a 130m2 apartment with 3 other rooms. The accommodation is designed with nature elements to give the guests a relaxed atmosphere after an exiting citytour through the modern vibrant city center.
The room size is 20m2, the large living area of 60 m2 including a fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace can be used. In the living area there is a large flat screen 3D TV, DVD player and a collection of videos. The kitchen is designed with American style kitchen island, has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob with grill and convection oven. The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed of 200 cm x220 cm, two Nachtischablagen, clothes racks and designer lamps. The entire apartment is laid out with floor to ceiling windows and high-quality real wood oak and is heated by under floor heating. A central bathroom is located next to the room with a bath and walk-in rain shower with integrated floor heating.
After consultation, an underground parking space can be used. Since it is located right in the center you can reach all important sights on foot. Within 5 minutes you are at Checkpoint Charlie, the Mark Brandenburg Museum and Gendarmenmarkt, Konzerthaus Berlin's best. Approx. 15 minutes walk and you are on the Museum Island with others Pergamon Museum, National Gallery, Bode Museum, Berlin Cathedral, German State Opera, the opera and Prince Palace. 15 minutes, you also need to Alexanderplatz, Potsdamer Platz and the Brandenburg Gate. Of course you can also use bus and train, whose station is within 200 meters from the Subway station Spittelmarkt. Even the stations of U-and S-Bahn Maerkisches Museum, Heinrich Heine Strasse, Moritz Square and Hausvogteiplatz are easy to reach on foot. A large very extensive breakfast buffet including all specialty coffees you can get for only € 11 in the neighboring cafe. In the house there is also a sauna which can be used for an extra fee. There is a courtyard with a small children's playground can be used. A baby cot can be provided free of charge. It is a Non smoking apartment, please use the smoking terrace. Besides me the apartment is inhabited by a small Chihuahua who is very quiet and very nice to strangers. For stays longer than two weeks, change of linen and weekly cleaning of the apartment is included in the price.
