Anyone can host by offering an unoccupied sofa bed, room, apartment or house.
The host describes the accommodation and fixes a rate. Advertising a vacancy with a basic offer is free of charge!
Depending on the terms of the host, the guest has to pay the whole amount upon booking. Otherwise the guest pays only a service fee upon booking and the remaining amount upon arrival or in the way the host indicated in his listing.
The service fee is generally 15% of the total amount.
For long-term bookings the host can ask the traveler for a deposit.
When the host receives a booking, he has 24h to accept it. If the host missed a booking during the 24h period, he can still contact the traveler for a subsequent offer.

A traveler will search for private accommodations at his/her selected destination.
Prior to a booking the traveler can contact the host to ask questions.
Guests will book reservations by paying the total amount or 15% of it, depending on the terms of the host.
gloveler will not charge the amount until the booking is confirmed.
We accept PayPal, credit cards or debit payments.
The host and traveler will be provided with each other's contact information.
The host has 24 hours to accept a reservation.

After a booking is confirmed, the traveler contacts the host by telephone or e-mail to discuss the arrival time and other details.
The traveler will arrive at the host's place at the agreed upon time.
He/She will present the booking number and pay the remaining amount in cash.
During the traveler's stay, he/she is obligated to respect the host's privacy. The host can also aid the traveler by giving information about the destination.
After the stay, the traveler will rate both the accommodation and the host.
