Tips for travelers

Before checking in:

• Please arrange your arrival individually with your host. If the host did not fix any times in the offer description, you are expected to check in between 4 and 9 PM and to check out before 12 PM. If you need special arrival or departure times, please make the necessary arrangements with your host. If you have not received any contact details via e-mail please also search in your spam folder.
• Please keep in mind that your host must confirm your booking within 24 hours after your reservation. If the booking was not confirmed, in the case that the host missed the notification, the host can still subsequently offer you the booking.
• Additionally, you can cancel a reservation if it wasn't confirmed. Thus you can start several concurrent reservations, if you need a accommodation at short notic, as long as you immediately cancel any uncomfirmed reservations upon confirming another reservation.

During check in:

• Please show your host your booking number and some kind of identification, like your passport.
• Please pay your host the remaining amount in the local currency upon arrival.
• Please arrange with your host whether or not they will provide you with keys to the accommodation. Either way you should define when and how you can access your accommodation during your stay.

During your stay:

• Although we are convinced that there is no risk in taking accommodation through gloveler, you should not leave money or objects of value unattended or in plain sight.
• If you encounter any problems during your stay, please talk directly to your host or call our helpline: +49 721 14505001 (9 AM to 5 PM).

After your stay:

• Please rate your host and his/her accommodation on gloveler.com.
