It is a very nice, colorful and just renovated bedroom, where you will feel comfortable.
It has a private bathroom, WIFI, cable TV, closet, ceiling fan, desk, 2 single beds that together make a king size and 2 bathroom towels.
Cleanness is one of the most important things for us, since we love to travel we really appreciate it. So you will find a CLEAN ROOM.

We offer breakfast for an additional charge of $10 USD which includes a cafe latte or espresso, ham, cheese, fresh baked baguette, butter and a bowl of fresh fruit with natural yogurt....hummmmm

We are located around 8 walking minutes from the 5th avenue, that is the main tourist street in Playa del Carmen, where you will find lots of great restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries and a multicultural environment with people from all over the world.
...And the BEACH? No worries!! We are around 10 walking minutes. You are that close to see that beautiful sunrise. Just look at the pictures.
As you can see our location is great, not so far to walk and not so close to listen the noise of the busy streets of Playa.
We are also very close to the 30th avenue where there are several supermarkets, convenience stores and local restaurants.

You may use the kitchen, patio that has a barbecue and the common areas of the house.
