Dear visitor of the Oktoberfest,

If you are looking for an alternative to a hotel or a hostel during the period of the Oktoberfest 16-29 of september, this is the right choice!
We, 3 flatmates (2 female/1 male, 25-34) are renting one of our rooms which has a size of about 10 qm. The room is equiped with a comfortable double sleeping sofa, a work desk, some room for storage and a mp3 radio. In the flat with a size of about 80 qm we share a Bathroom with bathtub, a big and fully equiped kitchen living (oven,stove,toaster,water boiler, fridge washing machine) and a small but sunny balcony.

In the flat you have free wifi access, water and electicity is included as well.
For a small extra fee we offer:
towels: 2 €
bedding: 3 €

location:
The flat is located in the very center of munich (Maxvorstadt). Around the flat in about 5 minutes walk you have the english garden with its beautiful "Biergärten" like the chinese tower, lot of bars and restaurants, shops and the train Station. The Marienplatz can be reached in a 10 minutes walk. With the lokal train you can get directly to the Oktoberfest within 5 minutes.

2 pax/night: 89 €
1 pax/night: 49 €

Arrival from 1 pm to 8 pm
Departure untill 11 am
Payment on the day of arrival. In case of stays over one week weekly paying possible.
Maximum stay 2 weeks.
Deposit:140 €

Garage can be rented seperately 20€/day
