Sights and transport nearby
I offer my guests 2,5 rooms in a charming old villa, very close to all main exhibition sites of dOCUMENTA 13. You´ll reach the "New Galary", the "Fridericianum", the "Documanta Hall" and the big park "Aue" within a 10-15 minutes walk.
The villa is located in a small and very quiet street.
There is a very big living room, a bedroom with two single beds and an additional smaller bedroom with a sleeping couch for two persons. You have a private bathroom and a private south balcony with a great view over the town (see pictures).
You may also use the terrasse in the garden. If needed you can get a privte parking place near the house.
The kitchen is also use by myself.
