documenta room in a lovely house community

Welcome!

We offer one room in our 250sqm shared house with every amenity for the self suffient stay in Kassel, only a tram ride of some minutes away from many DOCUMENTA locations.

Our house is located in Harleshausen area of Kassel. It is only a 6 minutes ride per tram to Kassel Hauptbahnhof (central station) or 15 minutes if you go by bus. Beside that you can enjoy the nature during a walk through the madows of the Kassel suburbs.

We (5 adults between 30 and 39) share the house and live together with our sweet dog called Flora. She is very pleasant and will give you a warm welcome, as we will do. She won´t come to your room, unless you invite her. Usually she stays at our shared rooms like kitchen and living room.
We have three bathrooms in our house, so bathroom traffic jam is really unlikely. The room is on the same level like our kitchen, the living room and one bathroom with shower. If you prefer to sit in the garden then you can enter it via kitchen or living room.
All flatmates are working so you get an own key after check-in.

Smoking is permitted outside in the garden.

- one double bed, one cot if necessary - so we have a place to sleep for 3 persons
- use of a fully equipped kitchen

Actually, having a car is not needed when staying here:

- bus station directly in front of the house
- tram station about 2 minutes to walk
- only a few bus or tram minutes to many DOCUMENTA locations
