Main floor includes 48" flat screen TV with Apple TV (hook up to your netflix or shomi account). Super comfy designer couch and loveseat. Dining area includes a breakfast bar and full dining table with leather chairs (west elm), and an open office area overlooking the back garden. Powder room/ 2 piece bath on the main floor. The house is located in Long Branch, a 20 minute drive to the downtown Toronto core. We are a 5 minute walk from a beautiful park with beach and trails for walking.
We are in an excellent location for commuters, the Go-Train station is a 5 minute walk from our house, which will take you directly downtown Toronto, or to Hamilton or Niagara Falls quickly. We are also in an excellent location for those driving, we are at the foot of the 427, which will take you to the Gardiner Expressway or the 401 in a matter of minutes. We are a 10 minute drive from the Toronto International Airport.
