Porto Santa Stefano

This beautiful villa consists of 4 levels connected by a wooden staircase. In the ground floor you find a large living room with panoramic views over the Mediterranean. An open fireplace and a sofa bed for 2 persons, see also here. Also downstairs is a large terrace with sea view, fully furnished, so you can enjoy your glass of wine here and also in the evening just to take your meals outside to him. You will also find on the same level a small Verranda that goes to the garden.

On another level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with bunk beds for 2 children, a bathroom with shower and an open dining area.

On the first floor is another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom is with shower. In this room you also live in the summer always cool, because it is oriented towards the mountain, in which the house was built.

The second floor consists of a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with tub. Another bedroom for 3 persons (double bed & single bed) sunbathing and a large terrace. This room has a great view over the sea.

Likewise, at the house you will find a small garden with barbecue and stone stairs. With the house, of course, includes washing machine, microwave, iron / ironing board, TV, air conditioning (the rooms on the upper level) and patio furniture.

Please note that in this house linen and towels are not included, can be rented by the owner or must be brought.

Porto Santo Stefano is located in Tuscany, on a peninsula, which is connected to the west coast before Orbotello on a narrow spit of land. The place was gegründert in the 16th century by a fisherman, who had come forth from Elba.
