Direct access from the living area to the terrace with seating area, barbecue and sun loungers for relaxing sunbathing.
So many warm evenings you can spend a good wine and fresh grilled food and simply enjoythemagnificent views.
In addition, the exterior still has two more terraces - with outdoor bar, garden furniture, small outdoor kitchen and shower-toilet area.
Especially the open space concept - Atrium - high ceilings with wood in the light-filled living area gives the villa a pleasant generous character and offers comfortable seating, a music system and satellite - TV, large flat screen TV, plenty of different books reading and air conditioning - also overlooking the garden and ocean.
The fireplace in the living area on cooler days for a cozy atmosphere. There are 3 bright and airy bedrooms to choose from with a double bed or twin beds.
The villa has 2 bathrooms - shower room and bathroom with tub - en suite.

In the open kitchen with adjacent dining area you have all the usual paraphernalia, such as fridge-freezer, hob, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and plenty of crockery. Fully equipped with everything your heart desires!
Iron and ironing board and hair dryer are available, so that a longer stay there in the way. Cot and high chair are available.
Fridge for the initial filling. Sheets, towels and beach towels are available for change.
Fancy fitness Use our private gym (several large and small appliances) in the immediate vicinity, as well as tennis rackets and golf clubs. A community pool is available for guests (only 100) are available.

Sights and transport nearby
Parque Holandes, like the whole Northern part of the island, is part of the La Oliva district and is situated approximately 14km South of the district capital on the East coast. The small bay « El Jablito » is just opposite Parque Holandes, more or less halfway between Puerto del Rosario and Corralejo.
It is a nice, quiet place with restaurants, bars and a supermarket.
It is only a few kilometres to the white sandy beaches.
Distance to the nearest airport : FUE – 20km.
Bus stop in the immediate neighbourhood.
Every 30 mins. to Corralejo, beaches and Puerto del Rosario (the island capital).
