The listed alleyway House is located in the Rosengang in the north-eastern part of Lübeck’s old town near the Canal Trave in a quiet, low-traffic residential area. The beautifully designed Rosengang is accessible via the Rosenstraße and is only accessible to pedestrians.
The distance to the attractive shopping streets of the Lübeck city center is only 300 meters. Many sights, theaters and cinemas are in the immediate vicinity.
Via Kanalstraße is a fast connection to the intermittent traffic and other Lübecker districts ensured.
The rose alley was built in 1669 and consists of today’s buildings since 1803.
The house, which has an area of approximately 35 square meters, has been carefully renovated and tastefully decorated. Downstairs are the living room, the entrance area as well as a shower room. The upper floor, which is accessible by a narrow and steep staircase, houses the bedroom. The complete decor is designed to the style of the house.
The house is equipped with a stove with two plates, sink, refrigerator, dishes, coffee machine, water cooker, mini-oven, CD-player with radio and TV. Parking is available nearby.
