Description
The house, built in 2013 and beautifully decorated, has different floors and can accommodate up to eight people within a living space of 150m². It has three bedrooms each with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. The bedroom on the ground floor provides direct access to the outdoor area and the upper two bedrooms have their own balcony. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove and oven, induction hob, fridge and coffee machine. Next to it there is the living room with a dining table and chairs, a TV with satellite reception and a sofa bed. The ground-floor bathroom provides a washing machine, bath and washbasin. The bathroom on the first floor consists of a shower, toilet and washbasin. There is air conditioning available on the ground floor and first floor.
The living room provides direct access to the furnished outdoor terrace with the pool area. Here there are also a grill and an outdoor shower. Two parking spaces are available on site.
The nearest restaurant is very nearby. Other restaurants and shops are in the village and in the town of Buje. It is six kilometres to the nearest beach and the larger town of Umag is about ten kilometres away.
