Villa at the Center

Our typical Turkish historical detached house is located only a few minutes away from the heart of the town; Taksim square. Its perfect location allows easy movement without having to take the subway or other means of transport.

Combining in itself the historical and the modern, centrality and periphery, our villa is just like the city of Istanbul itself. A historical house nearly 100 years old has been renovated into a modern, cozy atmosphere that you will notice immediately upon entering... Located only a couple of minutes away from the famous Taksim square, but in a traditional neighborhood... Just like the city bridging continents, our villa combines the different senses of Istanbul and that is exactly what I love both about the villa and the city!

You will have two double beds & two single beds in the bedrooms (that can be merged as a double bed), and two independent sofas in the living room. One spare single ground bed will also be ready for you. So, six people can sleep in independent bedrooms and three in the living room. But if you are traveling with a big group, please consider that the villa has only one bathroom. And if you are traveling with a really large group, you may consider having the villa together with the Pink House or the Historical House, both of which you can find the listings at my dashboard.

The house has all kind of amenities you may need, including air conditioner in each and every room, refrigerator, water heater, French press, kettle, toaster, LCD TV, media player and even sound system. And it is a very safe house with iron fences surrounding the gate and the windows.

Side by side the newly built hotels, the villa is located on a busy street called Turan, full of markets, delicatessen, laundry, pharmacy and butcher, all small stores, but they sell everything you may need, so you will not need to travel to some other districts for your daily needs.

As a traditional neighborhood, be prepared to find some level of noise at the street, as the residents use the street like their own home. You may like this, as it is quite an experience that you can find in no museums, mosques or any other touristic attractions. But if you dislike noise, you can always shut the windows, open the air conditioner and listen to your favorite music with 5+1 sound system and feel like you are at home enjoying your wine or coffee in front of the fabulous fireplace.

If you need a separate, large, typical Turkish house close to the main attractions of the city, our villa might be ideal for you.
