To reduce heating costs, the house is equipped with a heat pump which converts 1 Kwh consumption for 5kwh warm. From house and terraces you have limited sea view. 150-200 m to the coast and less than 600m to the resort Skallerup clit with shops, restaurants, a tropical water park, tennis court, gym, playground with Jungelpfad, bouncy castles, trampolines, football fields, bowling, badminton and squash. Nearby is the seaside resort Lønstrup

Holidayhome with high, open space to the roof has well-equipped open kitchen area with dining table and a spaceful, well furnished living room with exit to terraces located South, East and Vest around the house. 2 bathroom,Sauna, and 4 bedrooms(with 2 bed in each which you can arrange after wish into one big bed for 2 or place apart as a 2 single).

Little room on second floor with two comfortable game chairs,extra TV and DVD player. From this little "roof" space is the beautiful viev to the nature and Vester sea.

From the hall is access to a large combine living room with kitchen equiped with ceramic stove and convection oven (with free wood to bearn in it), extractor hood, fridge with sep. 40 liters of freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine.
