Private little garden adjacent to 2 sides of the house, with terrace and private access to the natural swimming pond.

Shared: Nearby laundry with washing machine. Community garden, most of the 7,000 sqm large garden can be explored and used for recreation. Large natural pond, 7 meters deep, can be used for swimming and boating.
