Unique Lakeside Stilt-House in Nature

Location: 10 miles or 15 km off city of Chiang Mai, on countryside, in a quiet, secure 7,000 sqm property with natural park-like garden and a few houses.

Private: Wooden stilt-house (1-2 persons) with 2 rooms, 30 sqm, on the upper floor: Bedroom with queen-size bed (mattress 5 × 6.5 ft = 152 × 200 cm), ceiling fan, hand-wash basin and urinal; living room with pantry and refrigerator, table and easy chairs, ceiling fan, windows with wide views over the pond and garden. Terraced sitting area under the stilt-house, with pot plants and views to garden and pond.

Shared: External bathroom with hand-wash basin, hot shower, and toilet; kitchen, fully equipped; dining room with wall-fan and with large windows providing nice views to the garden; out-door sitting areas; laundry with washing machine. Garden, most of the 7,000 sqm large garden can be explored and used for recreation. Large natural pond, 7 meters deep, can be used for swimming and boating.

Free: WiFi Internet, accessible in the stilt-house as well as throughout the property. Tap water and electricity. Parking (1 car or 1 motorbike) within the property. Using the boat on the big pond. Using barbecue equipment in the garden.

At charge: The stilt-house is offered for self-catering, but we can offer food occasionally, e.g. breakfast if ordered in advance.

Recommendation: Public transport is possible and cheap but may be considered inconvenient by some guests. Therefore, you should have your own (rented) car, motorbike, or bicycle.

This unique stilt-house is best suitable for a person or couple who likes nature, tranquility, and an inspiring environment. For handicapped persons, and for children below the age of 12, this home is not suitable.
