Our immaculate contemporary home offers a comfortable and secure stay in the Constantia Winelands! Four bedrooms all with KING size beds and en suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms downstairs and a further two upstairs each with their own balcony and a view of the Constantiaberg Mountains. ALL bedrooms have air-conditioning. The enormous entertainment area combines an open plan kitchen, family room and dining room. This all leads out to the covered patio with a built in barbecue. The house is built around the pool, with ease of access from the family room, the main bedroom and a private lounge. The entertainment area can be secured for small children. Added to this a well organised office with free Wi-Fi. The rental will include a SERVICE X2 times a week, as well as a weekly garden service, including a pool service. There is excellent security in our home. Access to local American International School and the Tokai forest are a mere 3 minute walk. Upmarket Constantia Village is close by offering exclusive shops and restaurants as well as the Steenberg and Westlake Golf Clubs. World famous Constantia Wine Valley 5 minutes from your doorstep! The International Airport is a 20 minute drive.
