The beach, which has again been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag, is safe for children, has a lifeguard on duty during the season, and is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, pedalos and canoes. Cala Murada beach is one of many small sandy beaches that feature on the Eastern side of the Island but retains the peaceful charm lost by many of the larger beaches.

The villa is built as an open plan where the lounge and kitchen flow into one with an aesthetic mix of rustic and contemporary touches throughout the villa guaranteeing total comfort during your stay

The two bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with spacious closets, and a second bedroom with a double bunk-bed and single top bed comfortably accommodating 5 people in the villa.

The large sunny terrace opens up to the private garden from the lounge where you can enjoy lazy mornings on the sofa / divan or sit to a holiday breakfast under the parasol of the table in the privacy of the intimate garden.

The villa is well placed for exploring, especially if you drive to see the famous Drach caves where you will automatically drive by the neighbouring resorts and beaches of Porto Cristo which is definitely worth a visit and the picturesque seaside of Cala Figueras.

Every new bay offers the reward of another beautiful, sandy beach. Conveniently close by is Porto Colom, as well as exploring the marina's and bars of Cala D'Or together with its more sophisticated nightlife.

Just a 10 min drive away from Cala Murada is the fabulous Vall D'or 18 hole, par 71, golf course. The clubhouse is located on top of a hill from where one can enjoy the spectacular views of Porto Colom and Cala d'or. The restaurant, bar and locker rooms offer everything the discerning golfer would expect.

The clubhouse welcomes golfers and non golfers alike, the dining experience at the restaurant is highly recommended and is the perfect place to watch the sun go down across the course to Porto Colom and beyond.

Fresh fish from the quayside is available within a 10-15 min drive. The local Markets in Felanitz and Manacor provide a wide choice of fresh local produce including fish, meat and vegetables, you will also find a large outdoor market in Manacor on Mondays from 8am-1pm where you can buy anything from clothes and handbags to plants and chickens, well worth a visit. Both Felanitz and Manacor are approx. 15mins drive from the villa.

Cala Murada beach is one of many small sandy beaches that feature on the Eastern side of the Island but retains the peaceful charm lost by many of the larger beaches. The restaurant on the beach offers a range of drinks, snacks and meals, all of which are keenly priced and superb quality.

Within the village centre of Cala Murada, you will find 2 well stocked supermarkets complete with bakery all at very reasonable prices.

The village also has two banks, a hairdressers, a mixture of bars and friendly, locally run restaurants. Local taxis are also available. The village centre is also equipped with crazy golf and tennis.

This charming Mallorca villa is managed by myself and my family and we are based in Sweden, however we do our best to look after our guests and our home, we believe it offers a great space at great value in a wonderful holiday location. Our lovely villa is perfect for family holidays and romantic getaways as my family and I have done many times. We are very happy to use our villa as a holiday rental and hope that you too can benefit from staying in our charming and comfortable villa in beautiful Mallorca. As I travel a great deal, I have entrusted my Personal Assistant (Sidney) who is available for replies and information regarding guest enquiries, bookings etc and her work hours are Monday-Friday mornings, and as for the rest of the time, I or my lovely wife Sofia will be available for any enquiries.
