A Landmarked Building - a 'Casco Historico', it is perhaps the only building remaining in San Telmo that has been unchanged since it was built in 1919.

We welcome groups of all sizes, however we only rent to one group at a time.
The cost of rental depends on the number of people in your group.
- Up to 8 people is $300 per night.
- 8 - 12 people $400 per night.
- 12 or more people $500 per night.
We are always willing to work within people's budgets however and children under 5 are free.
We provide assistance 24 hours a day in case you have any questions, or requirements during your stay.
