Arusha Travellers Cottage

The Arusha Travellers’ Cottage is the best for your long or short stay in Arusha. The accommodation is close to the town and there is very reliable transport to and fro Arusha town and its other parts.

The cottage has enough parking and nice outside place for relaxing, good fence and gate. The house has four bed rooms and all furnished. Big sitting room and a dinning place. In it there is also a room for the workers who are always available for the traveller's and volunteers. They show you around and help you with some necessary information that you will need after your arrival.

They are trained guide and now seek for some experiences in the field under the Gladiola Adventure Ltd. With them you will be able to do your town tour and hiking to the close to town waterfalls at the foot of the Mount Meru, Tengeru, Cultural tour to the Marangu Village and a visit to the National park gate and many more places in Arusha and Kilimanjaro. We have our own vehicles and Main guide drivers who are the trainers of the trainees we have.

After a trainees is qualifies, we enroll the other one's before they leave Gladiola as the independent guides. We do this to ensure our workers are well trained and have enough and all the required experience in the field before the begging handling the clients on their own. Here they gain a lot of experience and confidence in the work they are doing and trained

Meals

In the Cottage you will be provided with the two meals a day, breakfast and dinner and for the volunteers, you will be provided with the packed lunch if the project you are volunteering in does not provide lunch.

There is a cook and cleaner, who will be ensuring the cleanliness of the house from the rooms, to the Kitchen and also prepare your meals.

Rooms and Rates

All the rooms have the same rates but those who stay for less than five days will pay $20 per day while those who will stay for more than five days will pay $15 per day.
