Enjoy this clean, luminous and cozy apartment on the first floor of a brick building just minutes from Manhattan in a great and safe neighborhood. The apartment has a very luminous kitchen fully equipped with all the appliances you need like coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, food processor and fridge.
The bedroom has a memory foam queen bed and a flat-screen TV with a Roku box that enables you to watch over 300 channels. There are 2 flip chairs that turn in to a twin size mattress with memory foam to accommodate another guest. We can also provide an air mattress if you would prefer that.
The bathroom has a tub and shower. Fast speed Internet is another feature of this great apt.
The best feature of the apartment is its location. At the corner of the unit you will find the Light Rail Station as well as the bus stop for the New Jersey Transit buses. The trip to the city will take you 15 minutes approximately.
Convenience stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, clothing stores and laundry are usually open until late (many of them up to midnight). There are also bakeries, restaurants and food trucks from different countries, and all of them are walking distance no more than two or three blocks. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly.
The apt is also a few blocks from Blvd East where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Manhattan, take panoramic pictures and if you are a fan of walking, running or biking you will have a great experience.

Off street parking is available for an extra fee.

JFK: 90 minutes in public transportation | 60 minutes in taxi or car service.
LGA: 90 minutes in public transportation | 60 minutes in taxi or car service.
EWR: 60 minutes in public transportation | 20 minutes in taxi or car service.

Time Square: 20-30 minutes by public transportation.
World Trade Center: 30-40 minutes by public transportation.

Keep in mind that NY and NJ transportation are different entities and therefore the passes you buy for NY are not valid for the buses and trains of NJ.

Buses to and from the Manhattan run phone number deleted at 15 minute intervals during the days and 20-30 minute intervals during the night.
Bus fare to the city vary between 2.70-3.50 depending on the line and amount of tickets you buy.
