The apartment is in a quiet location just above Stresa and directly above the botanical gardens. The center of Stresa can be reached by foot in about 15 minutes. There is safe parking next to the house or on the street.
Newly renovated in 2009, it has all needed facilities including a full kitchen, large living room, dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers (of which one in-suite) and parking space. The large balcony provides great views of Lago Maggiore (hill-side location) and the alps in the distance and offers a comfortable setting for dining al fresco. The living room has a fireplace, LCD tv, DVD player. Games and DVDs are also available. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds while the third bedroom has a bunk bed and can accomodate two additional single beds to sleep a total of 4. The apartment is child friendly: one of the showers includes an infant tub; there is also a crib that can be utilized.
