Bus and shopping area are within walking distance.
There are 3 separate rooms, one room with private bath, the guests of the other two rooms share a bathroom, living room and kitchen, balcony and washing area with washing machine.
The rooms are equipped with double bed, closet, desk, shelves and ceiling fan.
The price is for the whole appartment, but the rooms can also be rented individually.
Nearby is a small park and about 5-10 minutes walking distance is the center of the city, the Parque Independencia and the pedestrian street El Conde in the colonial part of the town with shops and restaurants

We want to live in peace with our neighbors, so please no loud music or noise in the normal rest hours.
Smoking only allowed on the balconies.
Please leave the common areas clean and tidy.
For longer stays, guests clean their own rooms but a cleaning service can be offered for 15$ per day.
Bed linen and towels are provided and can be washed in the semi-automatic washing machine.
