You are invited to rent this fantastic apartment with 2 bedrooms and living room for up to 6 people! The subway is at a 2 minutes walk and you'll be in heart of an exciting part of the city between Chinatown and Little Italy.

The Space

You will find a fully equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms, a good size living, a kitchen and a bathroom. The first room accommodates 2 persons on a double bed, the second room has a bunk bed for 2 persons and you'll find a sofa-bed in the living room.

Other Things to Note

You'll find many coffee shops, restaurants, bars and grocery stores in the area. But also good to mention that you'll at a walking distance to Soho (10 mins), Little Italy (2 mins), Chinatown (2 mins) and many other attractions.

House Rules

- No Overnight Guests: Zero tolerance. Only residents of the apartment are allowed in the apartment

- Be quiet: Respect when others need it quiet: keep noise levels down and be respectful with the neighbors who are willing to have a quiet day or night at home just like you!

The Neighborhood
Overview

When you take a walk in the area you’ll feel as though you’ve entered not just a different country but a different continent. Streets are lined with stands selling exotic foodstuffs such as live eels, square watermelons and hairy rambutans besides cheap jewelry and 99 cents shops.

Besides the typical Italian Restaurants on Mulberry Street which just one block from the apartment, you’ll find restaurants representing the cuisine of virtually every province of mainland China and Hong Kong, plus Indonesian, Malaysian, Thai and Vietnamese eateries and shops. As Chinatown — New York City's largest Asian community — continues to grow, it merges with neighboring Little Italy and the Lower East Side!

Getting Around

a) Canal Street Subway Station: this is the 6 train (green line) that will take you directly to Grand Central Station and many other attractions.
