The apartment has a 25 m2 large balcony with a magnificent view of Segendorf and a large garden . It is south facing and has the sun all day with access from both the bedroom and the living room. The apartment is open plan, light and a view everywhere.
The cozy apartment is located under our red beech in a house from 1890 , which we recently refurbished . Built from " pumice ",the local building material, it has very good insulating and breathing properties. With triple glazed windows, oak doors and Natural Paints we have created a great room climate .
The apartment is wonderful for up to 5 people; double bed in bedroom 1, a comfortable sofa bed for 2 in the room next to the bathroom and a third bed in the attic room .A child's cot or folding bed can be provided.

Our neighbourhood is located between former possessions of the dukes Zur Wied , Nodhausen Park, today a restaurant ( gourmet cuisine ) ,Manor Monrepos (an Ice Age museum from 2014 ) and Hahnhof ( cozy , rustic forest inn ) .
Segendorf lies in a side valley east of the Rhine , it borders the Westerwald to the north with, for example, the Cycle route along the Wied.
The Limes hiking trail is 200mtr to the south , and the Rhine trail 300 meters above us . The remains of what was the largest Roman barracks on the Rhine are to the east.
Under the Red Beech you can be close to nature and relax, but also connect with WiFi , TV and Tel.
In Neuwied the ' Deichwelle ' offers a first class leisure pool with spa. And nearby, visitors will find the Neuwied Icerink, open from September to April. Neuwied also boasts the largest zoo in RLP .
In a few car minutes you are in Koblenz , the romantic Middle Rhine and the Mosel . Or visit Cologne, Andernach with its waterspout, or secluded wine-growing Leutesdorf with the unique Blackberry Brewery in the hills above
