Lovely and bright exterior studio apartment with a privileged location in Las Palmas. The building is located directly on the seafront of the beautiful Las Canteras Beach, which you can access without crossing any street! Enjoy a lateral sea and beach view from the living room window.

The apartment comes with two single beds (90x190cm) in the bedroom area and a sofa-bed in the living room. It has a fan and a safe. There is free WiFi and satellite TV. A dining area is set next to the window. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances: microwave oven, vitro ceramic, refrigerator, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster and orange juicer. All kitchen utensils, towels, beach towels and bedding provided.

There are many supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes around, since it is a very lively neighborhood. It's a 10 minutes' walk from the Santa Catalina Bus Station, from where you can easily get to the airport or around the island.

Sheets and two complete sets of towels for each person are included. Beach towels are provided free of charge. Cleaning the room is not included in the price.
