Stadtvilla Südblick

In a charming old villa I offer my guests 2,5 rooms with private bathroom and a private south balcony with a great view.
There is a real big living room with a bed-couch (1,40x2,00 meters) and a separate bedroom with a double bed (also 1,40x2,00 meters).
The well equipped kitchen is sometimes also used by myself.
If you are coming by car there is a private parking place near the villa.
The villa is very close to the main exhibition sites of dOCUMENTA 14 - you will reach the "New Galary", the "Fridericianum", the "Grimm-Welten" and the "Ducumenta Hall" within a 10-15 minutes walk. Also the great park "Karls Aue", is very easily reached by foot in 15 minutes.
By tram you will reach the famous mountain park "Wilhelmshöhe" within 15 minutes.

The villa is located in a small street - quiet yet close to the center of the city! There is a tram station very close by (4 minutes walk).

Thank you for not smoking inside the villa.
