The bright and fresh renovated flat I the 5. Floor of apartment building. In the flat you can find a full-featured kitchen, one sleeping room and one big living-/eating room with one sofa bed (for one person). You can go from sleeping- and living room directly to the balcony for breakfast in the morning sun or wine in the sunset.

The kitchen has an oven, cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and wash machine. The Livingroom is fully furnished with TV and stereo system. In the sleeping room you can find a kingsizebed (1,80x2,00m), wardrobe and one chest of drawers. Bed linen, towels, iron and hairdryer are included.

During the staying I will be not in the flat, you will have the flat for you alone. You will get a key by check in for a deposit from 250,- Euro.

The price is for 2 Person, 25,- Euro per person for 3. and 4.
cleaning flat rate: 30,- Euro
