Zentral gelegene in Wohnung in Graz

The apartment is located on the ground floor and has 65m ^ 2 Living area. It is located near the Kepler Bridge at the foot of the Schlossberg in the inner city. Very centrally located, just 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes by tram to the center (main square). The main railway station is reachable in just 5-7 minutes by bus.
Directly from the house you can walk to the castle hill and arrived in about 15 minutes at Starcke-house . The apartment is rented exclusively and is not inhabited by me.

Towels, linen and toilet paper are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and kitchen equipment, edible is not in the apartment. Only salt, pepper and sugar are present. Therefore, it is necessary if you want to cook anything in this regard need to bring your own or buy (the nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes walk away).
In the apartment there are 2 large double beds, where there is sufficient space to sleep comfortably. Furthermore, a sofa bed with 2 additional beds exists, therefore, can sleep 6 people comfortably in the apartment. Another extra bed is still possible, however. For families with children, I can gladly provide a travel cot and 2 fall protection for the bed.
A washing machine is also available.

Next door is a bakery where you can buy very good pastries and may also have a breakfast.

Close to the house is a bus stop (lines 58 and 63), the buses run from the main train coming towards the university district. Furthermore, the tram lines 4 and 5 are only 50 meters away. These go to the center (main square of Graz) and then on to Graz city hall and in the UPC Arena (football stadium).

If parking is required, can be parked for a fee directly at the house next door (reservation in advance required)
