Das kleine (ca. 30m2) Apartment mit separatem Eingang und Gartenzugang befindet sich im Souterrain. In 5 bis 10 min sind mehrere U-Bahnen zu erreichen. In die Altstadt braucht man 15 min und zum Messegelände 25 min. In direkter Nachbarschaft befinden sich der Albertussee und der Vodafoncampus, auch der Rhein ist nur 7 min zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt ausreichend Restaurants und Supermärkte die fußläufig erreichbar sind.Trotz zentraler Lage ist es sehr Ruhig.
