Late check-in from 8 pm to 10/10.30 pm max. will be charged with eur35 flat to pay cash in euros at key pickup... Overnight check-in not possible. Check-out usually before midday. As a rule, late check-out not allowed when a turnover of guests on the same date takes place, otherwise eur35 flat and cash---In case of need, please notify at least some days ahead of your arrival, or even better upon booking ...

A flat fee of Eur. 6/nite will be requested for extra guest, regardless of age and eur 12/flat for extra linen.

Family- friendly private hosting….Facilities offered for families with a baby (folding cot+chair, toilet seat reducer, lunch-kit)...Cleaning and baby-sitting service during the stay, whenever possible, by prior arrangement only, private taxi service as well.

The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, small and basic first aid kit.Washing-machine and dishwasher also included in the price.Basic WiFi connection not suitable for overload due to work activity. If this is your case, please provide by your own.

The development is a private one, almost all owners. Peaceful quiet place. Free parking everywhere around the property.

Bus-station near at hand (Line 6 Puerto del Rosario/Corralejo) on the roundabout just in front of C.C. 'El Campanario'.

The prices shown refer to a couple of guests for 7 nights self-catering all -inclusive. Beach towels are not provided.

Free entrance to sea -water swimming- pool of the Community during the established timetable (usually 10am-8pm) and in compliance with the Community rules.
