Cancellation policy: Customers who cancel a reservation up to 4 days before check-in will not be charged any penalty. Customers who cancel within 4 days prior to check-in will be charged by the credit card with 50% of the reservation. In case of No-Show the customer will lose full amount of the reservation and will be charged 100% of the amount of the reservation from your credit card. And 'it is binding to the reservation sending a credit card with the document in the course of validity of the owner, otherwise the non-acceptance of the reservation.
