If you don't have a special need for spacious rooms and don't want to spend too much time at home rather than going out, then this really is the place for you.

Being in simply the perfect spot of downtown, there is literally no type of service, bar, restaurant, store or anything that you cannot find withtin a couple streets.

A newly reconstructed place with every inch of it carefully selected and made this spring. A small hall including the kitchen area with a fridge, a washing machine, a microwave and a two-part hotplate. Bathroom equipped with a hydromassasge shower cabin. Free Italian (Lavazza) coffee to wake you up in the mornings. A free local cellular phone provided so we can talk for free and your new local friends can also reach you easily. Free high-speed wifi also available. No oven in here, but space for cupboards, and an adjustable breakfast table.
Nice bathroom separated with a stain glass door, equipped with a beautiful shower cabin. Towels, soap, etc provided.

I'll be waiting at the apartment to show you around and hand you the keys, and we'll keep in touch via the local cellphone I provide you for free. Wouldn't want to bother you any further, but in case you need company or any kind of help around the city, I'm here to help. I can also arrange a professional driver for a transport from the airport for half price than the official cabs, and I really do suggest you take this chance, because shamefully, local taxi drivers rip tourists off quite often. Let me know if you need a ride from and to the airport.

This is like living right next door to the Champs Élysées in Paris. Literally in the middle of downtown, surrounded by shops, stores, bars, restros, cultural places to visit and all types of services.

Being right in the heart of the city on the Pest side, obviously all major subway lines, buses and trams are withing walking distance. No parking here for free -as anywhere else on the Pest side.

Oh, and about inside the building... ground floor, baby, no need to worry about the stairs!
