TV and internet are available in the apartments, too. Parking space for bicycles is also available. Washing machine and dryer in the basement can be used for 2€ each.

Located calm and in green environment in the center of Bochum. Several shops are very close, restaurants (during summer beer garden) are only some steps away. The Bergbaumuseum is right in front of the building. The center with many restaurants, bars (Bermuda Triangle) and shops can be reached within a few minutes by feet. Subway, bus and tram to cities in the neighbourhood and to the university are only 2 minutes walk away. The distance to the main station is 1,2 km, to the next freeway less than 1 km.
The planetarium and the famous Starlight Express are only 5 minutes away. Our apartment house is located directly at the park. Parking space is available.
