We're near the Bay Bridge to San Francisco. (15-20 minute drive)

This is a 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment. Both bedrooms have queen beds, and the sofa converts into a full size bed. Sleeps a total of 6. Bedrooms & bathroom are mid-size. Kitchen is stocked with cooking basics. Quirky, Quaint and Comfortable enough, the Bungalow is perfect for your short-term stay in the Bay Area.

What a great neighborhood! We are close to everything! 3 blocks from Berkeley Bowl West, 2 blocks from San Pablo Park with tennis & basketball courts, baseball diamond, walk to Ashby Bart Station, 12 minute bike ride to UC Berkeley. Also near the Emery Bay Shops in Emeryville & 2 miles from downtown Oakland. Perfect location feels like 3 cities in 1!
Our block is quiet and consists of families, professionals, and a few seniors that have owned their homes for decades. Come stay in Berkeley, and get the native California experience.

$400 security & cleaning deposit is required at check-in, and will be refunded upon check-out provided the place is left the way it was found.
A $50 fee is charged for early check-in and late check out (when available).
