Hallo,
Ich biete eine Wohnung in der Neumannstrasse in 13189 Pankow (Direkt angrenzend and Prenzlauer Berg) für die Dauer vom 6.10. - 19.10 zur Untermiete an.
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit Boxspringbett, großem TV etc.
Man erreicht die Tramlinien M12, M13, M10, M2 fussläufig und ist damit in 15 Minutes im Stadtkern (Mitte, Alexanderplatz, Torstrasse etc.).
Zum Brandenburger Tor und Potsdamer Platz (Mall of Berlin) sind es ca. 25 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Es ist eine 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit Küche und Balkon. Eine der Wohnung zugehörige Waschmaschine ist im Keller.
Ich werde ein Video zur Verfügung stellen in dem ich zeige wie man in den Keller gelangt.
Auf Wunsch kann ich auch ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung stellen.
Die Tagesmiete für die Wohnung ist 120€. Ich bin auf Sicherheit bedacht deswegen wünsche ich mir das die Miete im Voraus
bezahlt wird + 300€ Kaution welche ihr beim Verlassen der Wohung zurückerstattet wird.
Die Wohnung sollte sauber zurückgegeben werden, ich bin dabei jedoch nicht pingelig.
Die Wohnung muss nicht für die gesamte Dauer vermietet werden, kann auch für kürzere
Zeiträume ab mindestens 5 Nächten vermietet werden.

Hello,
I am offering an apartment in Neumannstrasse in 13189 Pankow for subletting for the period 6.10. - 19.10.
The apartment is comfortably furnished with box spring bed, large TV etc..
You can reach the Tramlines M12, M13, M10, M2 are within walking distance and is thus in 15 minutes in the city center (Mitte, Alexanderplatz, Torstrasse, etc.).
To the Brandenburg Gate and Potsdamer Platz (Mall of Berlin) it is about 25 minutes by public transport.
It is a 2-room apartment with kitchen and balcony. A washing machine belonging to the apartment is in the basement.
I will provide a video showing how to get to the basement.
I can also provide a bicycle upon request.
The daily rent for the apartment is 120€. I am concerned about security therefore I would like the rent to be paid in advance
paid in advance + 300€ deposit which will be returned to her when leaving the apartment.
The apartment should be returned clean, but I am not picky about it.
The apartment does not have to be rented for the entire duration, can also be rented for shorter
periods of at least 5 nights.
