Sufficiently equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, cooker, crockery&cutlery, cookware. Newly renovated (inside and outside) nice looking apartment house. Cable television, hi-fi, internet access, even basic sports equipment! Washing machine in the bathroom. (I will give you all the instructions to use all the equipment available in the flat..)

Thanks to central location you can reach anywhere in Ankara in a short time; located between two metro stations (Tandogan and Besevler), taxi stand nearby, also some nice places within walking distance. Also not far from the station of airport bus service. Great view from the spacious balcony: the north(west) Ankara at a single glance with open sky. Great view, day and night!

There are nearby sport facilities, too, tennis courts, swimming pools, walking/running grounds etc. If you are interested just let me know.

Nice neighborhood in the house and around. Tens of nice budget restaurants and cafés around within walking distance.

There are even sport facilities (tennis courts, football pitches, basketball grounds etc.) and swimming pools in walking distance! (just ask me for further information.)

In addition:

- Kizilay (city center) 5-7 minutes by metro or 25 minutes walking.

- to 7th Cadde (the so-called Seventh Street where a great number of stylish cafes, restaurants and cinemas can be found side by side) in 5-7 minutes by taxi or 15 minutes walking distance.

My place is unique, because you will experience your own refuge, own temple, own harbour there. Then you will get the energy to do your business or touristic excursions in Ankara and in its vicinity. You'll understand what I mean, once you get in the apartment. It's worth a stay!

No noise please: we do not want to disturb our nice neighbors. In the house dwell almost exclusively families.

No parties: Please do not invite a bevy of people in the house and apartment.

With care: Please utilise everything in the apartment with care as if they were your own and pay attention to the instructions given or sent to you. Please replace anything you use during your stay like toilette paper, tea, coffee or any other consumable things.

Please no pets.

Smoking only on balconies.

You will be given all the instructions and information on the day of your arrival in the flat. Just provide me with your exact arrival date and time in the flat (not in the airport). Then you will be received at this time and given the keys to the apartment at the doorstep!

If requested, I will give all the instructions and information (e.g. wireles LAN password, or instruction how to use the washing machine) before your arrival in an attachment to a private email. They are minor things to pay attention. Don't worry!
