„Kurzfristig wurde mir wegen eines Wasserschadens abgesagt. Auf den Bearbeitungskosten in Höhe von Euro 50,82 sitze ich bis heute. Die wurden mir weder vom Vermieter, noch von Gloveler erstattet. Sehr, sehr schlecht! So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt - und werde ich auch nicht mehr erleben, da ich ganz sicher nicht mehr Gloveler und Haus Laura anfragen werde!"
