Description
rent a room for max. 2 persons within my 4-rooms, 2nd floor, 100 qm, hell, parquet, with balcony + marvellous view to garden, very quiet, in one of the nicest & central areas of Frankfurt, called Sachsenhausen. Near to the Fair. You can reach the beautiful Main riversite in 5 min. by foot, perfect for short & long walks, jogging, skating, chill outs & museum visites. I provide nice breakfast (organic eggs and others).
Laying in the bedroom room (top-Doubble bed: 140x200, towels/bed linen, alarm clock, radio, hair dryer ) you have a view into the garden/greens on the balcony. The bathroom goes from there directly. Toilet is separate in the flat. Plese nte, that you share with me occasionally this bathroom.
All rooms have seperate access & are closed unities.
You may use the living room with a very good sleeping sofa for 2 & 1 Corbusier divan, Bose-HiFi, huge TV.
the dining room with huge historic table (Empire style).
And a homeoffice fully equipped incl. flatrate 2 telefons, fax, copy (black&white & colour (for small extra charge), web & webradio within Germany, wlan.
1 bathroom (tub & shower & make up mirror, hairdryer, 1 separated toilet with wash bowl.
Fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, washing maschine, top-best-Vitamax for making Green Smoothies), all tools for good cooking.
Parking place for bikes in the backyard/garden
Cellar for depositing heavy things
Mobility/location:
Perfect connections to fair, stations, airport & high ways: direct public tranport to the fair ( 30 Min from door to door with S- and U- or tram). By car to fair: 10 Min. (4,8 km). To main station (5 Min. with the train). To airport by car/taxi: 15 Min. (13 km). The „Südbahnhof“ (my stop) is also a main station where some long distance trains stop. Bikes can be rent out in the area during summer time, 4 carsharing-spots (Flinkster, Stadtmobil). An economic car rental (Avis) & a cheap car park in 3 min. walking distance.

10 min zum Römer. Das bekannte Museumsufer ist um die Ecke: Städel- Architektur-, Kommunikations-, Film-Museum, Liebighaus & mehr. Bis in die Innenstadt - zur Hauptwache-Zeil "Frankfurts größter Einkaufsstraße“ aber auch zu Kinos (auch englischsprachig) benötigt man 15 min. zu Fuß oder 5 Min. mit der U-Bahn.
Bars/Nachtleben/Restaurants:
Hier ist die Ausgeh- & Partymeile (Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, Klubs aller Kategorien inkl. berühmter Frankfurter Apfelweinkneipen). Alt-Sachsenhausen.
Fashion/Design/Essen/Leben:
Hier trifft sich die Kreativszene (individuelle Läden), Fashion victims finden Design & Ausgefallenes. Einen schönen Wochenmarkt gibt es immer dienstags & freitags von 06:00 – 18:00 Uhr am Südbahnhof.
