Description
House The Elms is a picturesque and cosy small house in the Majorcan style. It is surrounded by a pond and a garden full of flowers and trees, thus giving the perfect atmosphere between warmth and freshness that only the Island’s climate can provide.
In the day time, get a tan in the private swimming pool or go to the Beach D’en Repic, in the Port of Sóller, only 200m away from the house. Evenings can become unforgettable moments. Imagine yourself sitting on the terrace, a drink in your hand, looking at the stars, listening to music…
Forget the alarm clock. We have arranged something better instead : frogs ! If you don’t see them, it is because they are hiding under the nenuphars in the pond. The house has got a terrace all around, a lush garden exposed to the sun and a private swimming pool. The garden is enclosed, making it safe for children.

The house offers a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge-dining room with a sofa and armchairs, a bedroom with a large bed (160cm), an attic with an extra bed (140cm), bathroom with shower, washing machine and iron.
Located in a privileged area in the Port of Sóller; bars, supermarkets, restaurants, the pedestrian shopping area and the children’s playground area are easily reachable on foot. It is a place that is very well connected thanks the tramway, which stops 50m away. This will allow you to move easily to the village of Sóller, admiring the 3km route running between orchards of Orange and Lemon trees and the beautiful landscapes of the Valley of Sóller. Therefore, the car becomes unnecessary.
The Elms is ideal for couples, although its facilities and services would enable you to accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child. If you have a baby, the house is provided with a cradle.
