The apartment's location is perfect for those who want to escape the crowds of tourist and stay in a modern area of Barcelona. Just 1 minutes from the apartment you'll find the tree lined Rambla de Poble Nou with bars, cyber-cafes, supermarkets and stores. You can also go to the beach by walking (about 15 minutes).
The old town (La Rambla, Gothic Quarter and the Born area) in the city center are in easy reach just 10 minutes away by metro (Poble Nou, Line 4, is near the apartment). Or you can take a relaxing stroll down the sea front past Vila Olympic until Barceloneta beach or the old port (Port Vell). It is an area where you’ll experience a local and Catalan atmosphere next to the city and the beach. The apartment is located on the city’s main artery, to only 900 meters of the beach 'La Mar Bella' one of the Barcelona’s best beaches and 'Olympic Village' in a privileged area of Barcelona. Poblenou in the district Sant Marti is a popular place in Barcelona to live. Poblenou means 'new village' in Catalan.
