This is the smaller one of the two apartments Ratisbona.
It is located in the second floor (top floor), is arranged tenderly and modern and offers space for up to 4 people on 32m² (345 sq ft). In the sleeping room you find a spacious 160x200cm bed, a big flatscreen, a bluray-Player and a music-station. Furthermore there is a folding armchair on which you can also sleep well if needed and a desk. In a seperate, small room you find a 120x200 bed for one person or for two lovers. Although the flat offers place for up to 5 people, we offer ist only for 4 guests. The beautiful bathroom is a highlight of the apartment. The kitchen offers place for up to four people and offers for example two cooking plates, a coffee machine, toaster, waterboiler and microwave. Before your arrival the apartment will be equipped with shower-gel, shampoo and everything you need for your breakfast (for example cornflakes, milk, bread, coffee and more).
