Comfortable, and economical studio with private entrance right across the street from the Sea. The studio offers you a great feeling of space and light and since is so near to the sea you can always enjoy the ocean breeze.
The studio has a double bed, a kitchen where you can prepare your meals, a bathroom and a beautiful
garden where you can either have breakfast or enjoy the afternoon. All of this will make your stay into a
real nice holiday or work experience.
The Miramar area is quiet, nice and safe neighborhood which is just 10 min drive from Downtown (Vedado and Old Havana). You can get there either via the “5th avenue” and Malecón avenue.

The Neighborhood|
The Miramar area is a very nice and safe neighborhood. There are many hotels located in this area such
as the Copacabana Hotel which is also right across the street, the Chateau Miramar, the Panorama and
the Meliá Habana. This is a great advantage since it allows you to enjoy the hotel services such as
transfer from the airport, swimming pool (entrance) usage, clubs, hop_on/hop_off buses, etc. Also we are
located near the Miramar Trade Center, the largest Trade Center of the country with many different
companies on site. You can also find paladares (private restaurants), restaurants, coffee shops, night
clubs, supermarkets, and groceries stores walking distance from our apartment. Right across the street
and along the 1st avenue you can enjoy the Sea, and on the opposite direction you find the 5th avenue which allows and wonderful walk along Miramar neighborhood, or in case you need to go further, to Vedado and its beautiful Malecón (ocean promenade) from which you can reach Old Havana.
