The third room offers space for dining and is attached to the kitchen. You will feel well on the spacious and sunny roof terrace.
My book shelf offers plenty of books about travelling, design, culture and art history.
The kitchen is equipped with a new stainless steel water boiler, pots, pans and other kitchen utensils. In the apartment there are fresh towels and bed sheets.

Sights and transport nearby
The apartment is very sunny and has big windows with a view to our landmark, the Schloßberg. By feet it takes you about 10 minuntes to the Hauptplatz/central square.
Infrastructure:
You reach the trainstation either by feet (10 min) or with the bus 58 or 63 (3 stations).
In the neighborhood there are grocer's shops which are open till 10 in the evening.
A food market, several bars (champagne bar, student bars) and typical styrian food restaurants make the Lendplatz unique and lively!
