The Donauer family welcomes you with three newly modernized vacation rentals - located in the heart of Altmühltal Nature Park in the vicinity of two beautiful medieval towns Beilngries and Berching.

Our vacation rentals are a home away from home, offering a friendly family environment, affordable prices and the special Bavarian flair.

The site has a beautiful garden with 1500 square meters that is available exclusively ONLY (!) to our guests.

Your privacy is guaranteed:
This quietly located property is fenced and surrounded by a hedge. You can use the large garden for barbecues, sunbathing or playing.

Our spacious and tasteful apartments combined with the lovely location, in the heart of the Altmühltal Nature Park, are surprisingly affordable. The prices are more reasonable than other guesthouses or bed and breakfast in the area, including "star" vacation homes.

This flat is located on the first floor of our holiday house. It is very clean, well maintained and meets the latest standards in its equipment.

Main features are:

- one bedroom with double bed, a dresser, a closet
- a living room with a double sofa bed, Sat/ TV, radio
- a modern kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils with a cozy dining nook for 4 people
- a daylight bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC
- a spacious balcony with seating for at least 4 people which offers a magnificent view over the green Altmühltal Nature Park

All apartments are generously proportioned, spacious and comfortable for 4 people. Ranging in size between 670 and 720 square feet (60 and 65 square meters).
Each room has individually controlled heating (marble), which provides comfortable warmth in fall and winter. Garden furniture, parasols, sunbeds, paddling pool for children and barbecue equipment are provided. Parking and garage for cars are available on the property.

Pets are allowed on request only.

To ensure the comfort of our non-smoking guests, smoking is permitted only on the balconies.

At your request, a local bakery will provide you every day with fresh pastries and an array of different German breads as well as newspapers until 8:00 am in the morning (or by appointment).
