In my apartment, I welcome you in a big room-newest design- reserved exclusively for you with your own bathroom, modestly priced and effective, view on the backyard and the sky.

Ideal for single people, couples, groups (4maxi) or family

+ every morning included breakfast (free Service 8:00 am up to 10am) !

Looking at the pictures in this quadruple room guaranteed to be clean and comfortable you have:

- 1 bed (quality mattress foam) closed by colorful curtains
- 1 wardrobe (2 hangers /inside compartments /storage for luggages)
- 1 set of towels (1 large + 1 small, new)
- 1 box for water bottle, charger, glasses, phone storage ...
- 4 plugs for each double bed
- 1 lounge area with 4 seats in foam, 2 small tables and a black and pink carpet
- 1 slot books, magazines, cultural info
I am at your disposal for information on public transport, restaurants (including vegetarian :)), visits, cultural sites, clubs, bars ..
- 1 spacious bathroom, corner bath, sink, toilet, toilet paper, mirror

- 1 set of keys

Kitchen and living-room are shared.

Please, its not A GUEST HOUSE because we live and share the same apartment during your stay. Thank you to respect the place like your own home, less noise after 10:00pm, minimum cleaning before departure, illicit substances are prohibited and alcohol consumed in moderation .... while drunk will not be welcome, no pets.
