We let one guest room with 2 beds in our large and quiet domicile. It is located in middle of favoured and popular district „Vorderer Westen“, near square "Bebelplatz" and „Stadthalle / Congress Palais“.
All required things for daily living, you will find in the very near of our flat: supermarkets, also for organic food, cafes, bistros, bakeries, pubs, parks to do promenades; all these beautiful things within walking distance.

Also bus and tram stops you will reach in 2-3 minutes and it will take another 10 minutes by tram and you will be in the middle of town and the start of documenta area “Fridericianum”.
It takes 3 tram stops and 5 minutes to reach ICE station Wilhelmshöhe or can also be reached by foot within 20 minutes.

In the front part of our apartment are offices housed with calm business and in the rear, lockable residential part, which is inhabited by my mother Inge, there is also the guest room. The whole apartment has more than 200 sqm and the guest room round about 20 sqm.
My mother cares about the well-being of the women, our guests.
The guest room is sparsely furnished with 2 beds, table, chair, shelf, coat rack. It’s possible to add one or two mattresses.
Bathroom has to be shared with a maximum of two other flatmates. In the front part of the apartment there is another bathroom with WC, if it is in the guest part times tight.

Breakfast is not included, there are a number of nice breakfast cafes nearby. In the shared kitchen you can cook coffee or tea. The kitchen is not available for cooking meals.

Bedding and two towels are provided per person.
