my name is Katja. I offer three rooms in my 104qm (1100sqft) apartment with every amenity for the self suffient – or on request with breakfast in Kassel, next to the DOCUMENTA places.
I am living there with Sina (my elderly cat).
Smoking is permitted outside on the balcony.

Actually, having a car is not needed when staying here:
- bus/tram station directly in front of the house
- only a few bus or tram minutes to the intercity express railway station, into the city, to the DOCUMENTA premises or to the sightseeing highlight of mountain park Wilhelmshöhe

Herzlich Willkommen,
ich heiße Katja, bin 25 Jahre alt und lebe und studiere in Kassel. In meiner im Vorderen Westen gelegenen, 104 qm großen und hellen Wohnung biete ich euch während der Documenta drei verschiende Zimmer zur Übernachtung an. Einzel- und Doppelbelegung möglich. Buchung tageweise. Wahlweise mit und ohne Frühstück. Die Küche, das seperate WC und Bad sind gemeinschaftlich nutzbar. Zum Rauchen könnt ihr den Balkon nutzen.
Ich wohne dort derzeitig mit meiner alten Katzendame Sina.
Die Zimmer sind alle unterscheidlich ausgestattet. Ihr bekommt einen eigenen Haustürschlüssel.
