Description
Cosy bright private room for 1 or 2 persons (18 sqm, furnished with solid wood furniture) on the second floor of a single house.
Telephone with private number in the room (Phone-Flat for Germany incl.).
Internet by cable in the room, WiFi (night off).
Biological design, underfloor heating, carpeting.
Large bathroom and kitchen on the same floor to be shared with two other guests (bathroom and kitchen are available exclusively to guests).
Use of washing machine on the ground floor possible (3 € per wash).
Quiet green location in the northeast of Hamburg. The Volksdorfer forest as a recreational area is nearby and is ideally suitable for jogging or walking. The nature reserve "Höltigbaum" can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
A supermarket is in 450m distance. Moreover, it is close to the shopping area of Meiendorf (walk 13min.) and the center of Volksdorfer with various shops and stores (walking in 30min.).
Public parking right across the street.
Very good connection with public transport in the City (35 min.) and to the A1 highway (10 min).
A bus stop is located just around the corner (1 min.)
Rules:
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Pets are not allowed.
When leaving the house, please close windows, turn off the lights and lock the front door when no one is present.
Check-in individually.
Check-out until 12 noon.
The road shoes have to be parked in the entrance area below. Slippers are not absolutely necessary, because the whole house is equipped with underfloor heating.
Please take care on other roommate during night, that means no shower, no longer cook in the kitchen after 11pm and no use of washing machine after 9pm.
Since there is no charge for final cleaning, I ask the bathroom and the kitchen to leave as found.
In Hamburg a cultural tourist tax is due (§ 6 para. 3 HmbKTTG), when the stay has a private reason. The tax is 1 € per person per night, and is payable on arrival. A stay on professional reason are exempted from tax.
