White wooden house with 2 bedrooms (double bed + bunkbed) and a nice family room with open fire place and view of the garden and meadow leading down to the water (Baltic Sea). There is also a treehouse, trampoline and swing on the property. The kitchen, with adjoining terass, has a large dining table which seats 8 pax. The terass which is under roof allows for summer dinners in the open air. 5 minutes walk to the beach and grassy area to sunbath and play on. Pier with boats and possibility to fish from. Enjoy Sörmlandsleden down the road for nice forest walks. Pick berries or mushrooms in the summer / fall.

Lovely summerhouse with the forest and lake just outside. The house lies has a nice garden great for badminton, soccer for the kids, a treehouse. Enjoy the serenity of the Swedish countryside yet only 45 minutes to commute to Stockholm city. By car you can make nice drive around the countryside. Visit Nynäshamn and the archipelago, the lovely town of Trosa, Tullgarns Castle or visit Södertälje which offer Tom Tits and Torekällberget for the kids.
